I don't know what I'm doing!!

Okay,

My husband and I are already married. Legally. Now I am just planning the wedding...the party...the CELEBRATION!! :)
And I want it to be a blast, but also need to do it on a very minimal budget. We are paying for our wedding entirely on our own. My family lives in Alaska, and his in North Carolina. So HIS family will be able to just drive up for the weding, mine are having to spend $1000 a piece to come to it!

We have the location: A beautiful beach house on Bear Creek in Swansboro, NC. and it is also our Honeymoon location. The wedding day is ALSO my niece's 6th birthday (so we will have a cake for her too!).

My bride's maids have already been informed of what dresses they need to order (they are being sweet and understanding enough to purchase their own). But only ONE of them has ordered (yes I know...plenty of time) I just worry that the dresses will become unavailable by the time my date arrives and I need them to have those dresses!!!

The house is beach-themed (obviously) however, our wedding is "classy" with black and white as our main colors and dusty-blue accents on dresses, and ties. I have NO IDEA how to incorporate both of those themes into invitations, napkins, serving utensils, champagne glasses, etc!

I am not the most patient person, and I like to have my ducks in a row LONG before the deadline...

We have a minor hook-up with his grandparent's owning a floral shoppe, and may be able to have a friend do photos...however, NO clue as far as chairs, tables, tents, and a DJ. there is a LARGE backyard at the house...but in that yard is an in-ground pool...so I'm concerned about children' running about as well as my dress!!

Too much to think about....and too much time for thought.... UGH!
