Where

I am having a hell of a time finding a decent priced wedding venue with reception! any ideas?

You can always rent out one of the buildings at a park like Golden Gardens or the Graham Visitor Center in the arboretum. You would have to do a lot of work yourself. I was looking into hiring the Paella King who makes paella for a decent price per person. You would need to fill in with other foods but once everyone is sitting, he plays his guitar. You should check out his website.

If you want to go to one of the islands then check out Odd Fellow's hall on orcas. You can do everything there.
