Entertainment - Academy DJs

Has anyone ever tried them. I'm so afraid because after talking to them and visiting the website I felt comfortable but then I started researching a little and found some complaints here and there. Can anyone tell me what their experience was with Academy DJs, Richard Barker...good or bad!?!?!
